Joseph Howard is a self-taught artist specializing in watercolor and oil paintings. His primary subjects are architectural and landscape. His work has received awards at various festivals and shows and his paintings are displayed in galleries, homes, and businesses throughout the country. Joe is a member of the Ohio and National Watercolor Societies.

Joe has been painting for nearly 40 years. He is a resident of Marion, Ohio, and is primarily employed as a registered nurse.
